Guest conductor of Lviv National Opera & Ballet.
Internationally renowned conductor from Poland. His fierce passion for personal music-making, brilliance talent, vast repertoire and deeply moving interpretations put him at the forefront of the world’s leading conductors his generation.
In march 2017 he stepped in a very short notice to conduct a brisk performance of „Transitions” spectacle in Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin – Igor Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring with Lviv Philharmonic Orchestra and The Wedding with Kwadrofonik&Guests, Chamber Choir Gloria, Joanna Freszel, Agnieszka Jadwiga Grochala, Dionizy Wincenty Płaczkowski and Robert Gierlach, choreography by Jacek Luminsky. Spectacle was warmly welcomed by public and appreciated by whole artistic community.
In december 2017 he recorded highly acclaimed CD for RecArt label with Roman Palester’s vocal – instrumental music all of wich are world premiere recordings with leading Polish singers Szymon Komasa, Iwona Hossa, Cracow Philharmonic Choir and Beethoven Academy Orchestra: http://www.recart.pl/en
Vincent is a Lucerne Festival Academy 2017 Alumni. Chosen from over 400 applications from all over the world appointed Fellow Conductor to work with such artist as Wolfgang Rihm, Matthias Pintscher, Heinz Holliger, Michel van der Aa. Patricia Kopatchinskaja praised him highly after having a rehearsal of Ligeti’s violin concerto: „Vincent is extremely precise, clear, intelligent, full of own ideas and initiatives. He conducted so that I would not hesitate to play with him on biggest stages.” He conducted Lucerne Festival Alumni Ensemble and Lucerne Festival Academy Orchestra in Lucerne Culture and Congress Center.

In 2018/19 season he started his collaboration with the Lviv Opera conducting several times new spectacle The Truth Under the Mask composed of The Rite of Spring and Pulcinella with new choreography by Marcello Algieri. In 2019 he is maintaining close relationship with Lviv Opera as a guest conductor, Lviv Philharmonic Orchestra (International Festival of Contemporary Music CONTRASTS – inaugurational concert), debuts with INSO – Lviv (Bach – BirthdayNight Marathon) and Ensemble Pro et Contra (Scene for New Music).
He conducted Lviv Opera & Ballet, Cracow Opera, Sinfonietta Cracovia, Beethoven Academy Orchestra, Artur Rubinstein Philharmonic in Łódź, Lviv Philharmonic, Orchestra Giovanile Italiana, Cracow Opera, Lucerne Festival Academy Orchestra, Lucerne Alumni Ensemble, MAV Budapest Orchestra, Trondheim Symfoniorkestre & Opera, Lutosławski Orchestra Moderna, INSO – Lviv, Ensemble Nostri Temporis, Thessaloniki Philharmonic Orchestra, Breslau Academy of Music Orchestra, Cracow Academy of Music Orchestra, Dedalo Ensemble, various chamber projects and more.
Kozlovsky possess vast repertoire, symphonic, operatic and oratoric wich ranges from baroque up to newest music. He’s actively participating in educational programmes for children and teenagers and in charity. Founder and leader of Lutosławski Orchestra Moderna – an ensemble specialised in contemporary music with wich he debuted with tremendous success at International Festival Of Contemporary Music „Warsaw Autumn” in 2014.
His aproach to score as a player and composer, unique musical memory, natural, precise and expressive conducting technique, sensitivity for colours and form combined with vigorous temperament and potent personality make Kozlovsky’s interpretations fully satisfying both for composers, listeners and musicians working with him.
Vincent is semi-finalist of First International Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy Competition in Thessaloniki and a Semi-finalist of Princess Aastrid International Music Competition. He attended numerous masterclasses with tutors such as Collin Metters, Paweł Przytocki, Jacek Kaspszyk, Gabriel Chmura, Stanisław Krawczyński, Rafał Delekta. He learned conducting from Maciej Tworek, Krzysztof Penderecki, Peter Lukas-Graf. He assisted Gabriel Chmura, Ludwik Wicki, and Andreas Spering (Wagner – Das Rheingold), Marek Pijarowski, Pawel Przytocki and many others.
He composes chamber, orchestral, electronic, theater and performace music. He is active as a teacher, project manager and promotes Pro-health foundations such as Fundacja DKMS. His dream is to one day produce and conduct his own opera stagings.
Vincent was born in Lublin, Poland. He is a pupil of maestro Paweł Przytocki. He studied conducting with him in Academy of Music in Cracow when he studied also Composition and Accordion. He has also attended masterclasses by Daniele Gatti and Luciano Acocella at the Accademia Chigiana.
