Nazar Tatsyshyn

He is a graduate of Vocal Department (under Yevheniya Shunevych, Lidiya Khorob, Hanna Nechai) of Barvinsky State Music College Of Drohobych and Solo Singing Department (under Volodymyr Ignatenko and Anatolii Lypnyk) and Chamber Singing Department (under Myroslava Logoida) of Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy. At present he is a soloist of Lviv National Philharmonic.

Nazar Tatsyshyn took part in plenty of singing contests, festivals in Ukraine and abroad. He is a laureate of the All-Ukrainian competitions such as: “The Dniester Nightingales” (Novodnistrovsk, 2002), “Sunflower” (Lyubin Velykyi, 2002); as well as of international competitions such as: “Veszprem Games” (Hungary, 2004), “Smiles of the Sea” (Bulgaria, 2004). 

In 2004, he won the Grand Prix at competition “Gold Trembitas” (Morshyn, Lviv region).

In 2010, he became a laureate of international contest “Art Premier” (Kyiv), as well as of the contest “21st-century Art” in 2011 (Vorzel, Ukraine). 

The singer has been on tour to Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Israel, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Caribbean Islands, Panama, Colombia, and Honduras.

   He is the founder and leader of the vocal ensemble of tenors  “LEONVOCI”, which is touring in Europe and Ukraine. 

From 2015, Nazar Tatsyshyn has been attending the master classes of outstanding Bulgarian tenor Kaludi Kaludov.

In 2016, he performed the Count of Almaviva in opera “The Barber of Seville” by Gioachino Rossini (Ruse, Bulgaria) and in the Mozart Festival (Pravets, Bulgaria). 

In 2017, the singer participated in setting the opera “Don Pasquale” by Gaetano Donizetti performing Ernesto (Stara Zagora, Bulgaria).

In 2018, he took part in “Lucia di Lammermoor” by Gaetano Donizetti (Veliko Tarnovo, Varna and Sofia, Bulgaria).

In 2018, Nazar Tatsyshyn performed Fronimo in opera “Alcide” by Dmytro Bortnianskyi in festival LvivMozArt (Lviv).

In 2018, the singer won Special Prize of the III Eva Marton International Singing Competition (Budapest, Hungary).

In 2019, he participated in International Bartók Plus Opera Festival (Miscolc, Hungary).
